Delizie di Calabria was born from an intuition: the realization that the Italian and world market, although rich in many regional dishes, lacked a line that offered a piece of millennial Calabrian culture in each specialty. It was a matter of recovering a piece of human history, the one contained in the specialties that only the meticulousness and good taste of Calabria were able to offer.
